Account Renewal

When it comes to renewing your account we will generate an invoice 7 days in advance of your renewal date and send an Invoice Notification email containing instructions for paying it. To find out your renewal date:

  1. Click "Services" above and select "My Services",
  2. Click on your hosting account,
  3. Scroll down to the "Billing Overview" section
  4. Refer to the Due Date value on this page (as shown below)

So in this example the renewal date is the 1st September, therefore the renewal invoice will be generated on the 25th August.

Paying your invoice

We accept payments via PayPal as well as credit/debit card so the Invoice Notification email will contain instructions specific to the payment method you selected when signing up with us. Please refer to the email to see if payment will be taken automatically or whether you need to manually make a payment.
