My credit/debit card has expired

It is your responsibility to ensure that you update your credit card information when it expires. If you do not do so, payments will not be made and your account risks suspension.
If you do let your details expire you will be sent an email telling you that your payment has failed, as long as you update your information within a few days and inform the billing department your account won?t be affected.

If you pay via Paypal and use a credit or debit card to add money to your account, you must update your information via the PayPal website. Login, click "Profile" then "Add or Edit Credit Card".
