How do I cancel my account?

We're sorry that you have decided to leave us and we'll be sad to see you go, if there's anything we can do to keep you with us please contact us. To cancel your account:

1. Click "My Sites" above,
2. Click "My Services" on the right menu,
3. Click the "View Details" button next to the appropriate account,
4. Click the "Request Cancellation" button,
5. Choose whether you want your account cancelled immediately or at the next renewal date, we'd also appreciate some feedback on why you're cancelling your account so we can improve our service
6. Click the "Request Cancellation" button.
