Can I access my website/control panel before my domain transfers?

Yes you can view your website before changing the nameservers. The temporary URL will take the format:

http://server.valcato.com/~username

Replace "server" with the name of the server on which your account is installed, to find out which read our article which server is my account on?

So for an account called example on the SH3 server, the URL would be http://sh3.valcato.com/~example

The temporary URL to access the Website Control Panel is contained in your welcome email.
